In consideration of the issues drug delivery systems, artificial vesicle structures composed block copolymers called polymersomes recently gained considerable attention. The possibility tuning mechanical parameter and increasing scale-up production led to its wide application in healthcare. Bearing mind disease condition, structure properties could be tuned serve purpose. Furthermore, specific ligands can incorporated on vesicular surface induce smart polymersomes, thus improving targeted delivery. synthesis method functionalization are two key aspects that determine versatility biological applications as they account for stability, targeting, degradability, biocompatibility, bioavailability. A perfectly aligned polymer mimic cells/organelles function by avoiding cytotoxicity. This supramolecular carry deliver payloads a range, including drugs, proteins, genes, contributing construction next-generation therapeutics. These promote potential use such components framework approach damaged tissue while maintaining healthy environments during circulation. Herein, this article concentrates specifically polymersomes.
